Responsibilities:
● Analyze new requirements from Product Management team and collaborate with the
development team to discuss the design
● Customize and configure Vtiger CRM based on business requirements.
● Develop and implement custom modules, fields, and workflows to enhance CRM
functionality.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing
software.
● Design, develop, and maintain Vtiger CRM modules to meet business needs.
● Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance of custom modules.
● Implement workflow automation to streamline business processes within Vtiger CRM.
● Develop and maintain automated scripts for data migration and system updates.
● Provide training and support to end-users on Vtiger CRM functionality.
● Address and resolve technical issues, collaborating with the support team as needed.
● Ensure that technical documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
● Provide guidance to the operations team to effectively monitor and optimize the
performance of Vtiger CRM to ensure efficient operation.
● Help Operations team identify and address system bottlenecks and performance issues.

Qualifications:
● B.E in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MCA
● 4+ years of hands-on programming work experience
● Experience on CRM or related applications.
● Strong proficiency in the PHP programming language.
● Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
● Knowledge of CRM best practices and industry trends.
● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
