Job Location: Kharkhoda Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (Machine Shop) Job Role: Maintenance of m/cs and equipment Reporting To: Respective Department head Educational Qualification: Diploma Work Experience (Years) in treasury activities: 3 to 9 Years Job Responsibilities *Shift management; *Spare parts planning & procurement; *Preventive maintenance planning & execution; *Troubleshooting in JTEKT grinding machines, NTC/Howa/BFW machining centers, Marposs Measuring systems , Gantry transfer systems. *B/d analysis and countermeasures *Carry out maintenance basics like MTBF, MTTR , why-why analysis etc Competencies / Skills *Knowledge of CNC (Fanuc, Siemens, Bosch Rexroth), PLC (Mitsubishi, Siemens), AC Drives & other Electrical systems; Basic Hydraulic, Lubrication, Pneumatic, Filteration, Transmission, *Latest maintenance techniques, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and control. *Knowledge of machining processes. *Ability to understand the Electrical & Mechanical drawings and Basic Hydraulic, Lubrication, Pneumatic, PLC circuits. * Well versed in computer skills, with experience in ERP,Knowledge about SAP. *ISO 9000,ISO 14000 audit documentation. *Ability to prioritize & deploy resources, coordinate with production & production engineering. *Good leader ship skill and team motivating skill *Analytical to analyze performance issues both from machines & man *Able to impart technical & soft skill training to subordinates.
