Job Responsibilities: – Execute the Training Program requirements for collections as per the Business guidance. – Drive training compliance to Inhouse and External partners team. – Support the consistent execution and tracking as per the training protocols. – Execute the core elements of the day-to-day Training & Awareness program operations, including course assignments, training reports, troubleshooting, and working on the Learning Management System (“LMS”). – Validate the target audience data for compliance training and ensure remediation of gaps – if any – Create accurate and clear program dashboards/reports/updates for Leadership and stakeholders. – Work with the various stakeholder teams such as – Global, Compliance, and HR – in steering the program agenda forward. – Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the communications team to drive awareness campaigns. – Identify, develop and continuously improve collections process to ensure overall efficiency – Develop in an in-depth understanding collections SOP and drive team training implementation Functional Competencies – Business Acumen: Analyse the effectiveness of the processes on a day-to-day basis and course correct. Has deep sense of ground reality and leverages it to achieve results. – Managing Stakeholder: Manage disagreements maturely and align stakeholders. Communicate proactively and help bring clarity around deliverables and owners. Attributes we are looking for – Must be MBA/Graduate and above and have at least 5 years experience in Training/ Collections training. – Experience in New age NBFCs or Banks or Fintech is mandatory. – Must have thorough understanding of collections methodology – Willingness to open in dynamic environment
