Requirement

8 years experience required

Experience and expertise in Microsoft 365 suite (including Intune (MDM), Entra-ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for business, Defender, and Teams).
Experience in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, as well as Single Sign-On (SSO).
Knowledge of Authentication, Identity, and Access Management, and AAD Conditional Access Policies.
Experience in supporting and administering cloud services and CrowdStrike is an added advantage.
Experience in managing Atlassian Jira Service Desk is preferred.
Awareness of ITIL processes for Incident and Change Management.
Practical experience in troubleshooting Exchange scenarios.

• Familiarity with office reporting tools and message tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• An empathetic, personable, and sympathetic individual who understands a person’s dilemma.
• Patience, especially when assisting others who may not understand technical concepts
