Responsibilities:

• Your focus will be on advancing the Bluetooth App, conceptualising new UI designs for upcoming products and features, and improving the overall user experience.
• Collaborating closely with the international design team, ensuring alignment between the GARDENA Bluetooth App and smart App, while also contributing to the design system.
• Validating your designs through user testing.
• Communicating your ideas and concepts to stakeholders.

Collaboratively implementing UI concepts as part of an interdisciplinary Scrum team.

Requirement

• More than 5 years of practical experience as a UI designer in digital product development, preferably with a focus on native iOS and Android apps.
• Expertise in visual and interaction design, and previous experience with using adesign system(Figma).
• A collaborative mindset, welcoming constructive feedback and fostering teamwork.
• Proven experience collaborating with other designers remotely, across different time zones and locations.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence to explain design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• High level of professional autonomy, accountability and a proactive approach.
• Enthusiasm for solving complex problems and working collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Tech-savvy and a keen interest in technologies like Smart Home & IoT.
• Fluent in English.
